It turned out that the issue of the emergence of the Arabic language had a difference, but many scholars tended to the fact that the language was inspiration and arrest from God Almighty.It is noted that the Arabic language has a great impact on the legal rulings and the jurisprudential branches, and from this we find the sayings of the jurists multiply in one issue with the multiplicity of the Arabic language aspects of that:A- Its impact on Arabic styles, as it clarifies the meanings of the legal text.B - Its effect in pushing back the illusion of contradiction in the legal text.C- Its effect on preserving the legal text from melody or error in it.D - its impact on knowing the reason for the difference of opinion among the mujtahids and the weighting between the sayings.
