Critics were interested in the past in the field of rhetorical and linguistic studies that dealt with critical issues of ancient Arabic poetry. The aesthetic emanating from it extends its rhetorical effect to the recipient. Research on this topic derives its importance as it deals with a special issue of Arab heritage, as it touches the Arab identity in its roots, as well as trying to highlight the scientific value of the critics’ opinions, and compare their opinions that affected the critical arenaAmong these rhetoricians is “Abd al-Qaher al-Jarjani” (d. 471 AH), who proceeded from an idea whose basis is to research the linguistic miracle of the Holy Qur’an, and looked at speech and how to compose it, according to what the grammar requires in all its different cases, presenting and delaying, chapter and link until the proper formulation is equal. As well as Al-Amidi in his balancing between the Tayis, as he dealt with several issues, the most important of which are: character and craftsmanship, pronunciation and meaning, and Hazem Al-Qirtagani, who dealt in his curriculum the elements of imagination and simulation, all of these issues are the foundations of ancient Arabic poetry
