Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the abacus arithmetic method in the context of abacus learning at Sdn Dharma Tanjung 1 Camplong Sampang, East Java. It serves as a case study to explore how the abacus learning method is executed and its effects on students' numeracy skills. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and document analysis.

The findings reveal insights into the practical implementation of the abacus learning method, highlighting the roles of teachers, the integration of the method into the curriculum, and the challenges faced in its execution. The study contributes to a better understanding of the utilization of the abacus method in enhancing numeracy education.
